You tell us what you have in mind in your own words: a rough daily budget, intended length of your stay, experiences and types of activities that you’re curious about, as well as your basic dietary and accommodation needs.
We work out a draft itinerary that meets your needs, along with a rough financial proposal, which we discuss together; over video/phone call, over email, or even over text messages. Cervati Tours is all about the personal touch, so the better we can understand your travel needs, the more value we can add to your trip.
The travel fee estimate is composed of two parts:
Getting to a draft and quote is an iterative process. Going back and forth a couple of times is a normal part of us getting to know each other and figuring out how to make your trip the journey of a lifetime.
Once you are okay with the proposal, we go ahead with a down-payment which allows to cover the prep costs and to make key reservations, making sure you get the very best choice of accommodations, restaurants and other services. At the end of the prep phase, you will have a full itinerary with all key services pinned down and reservations made.
Our involvement during your actual stay in the area can be anything you need it to be: from having a phone number to call in case of emergency, to accompanying you personally on your trip day and night. Whenever we accompany an individual traveler or group, our mission is to make sure we minimize the language barrier and ensure you don’t spend unnecessary time on logistics. That way you can focus fully on enjoying your stay. We can also arrange for a licensed guide to bring your destination’s history and culture to life.
